  • Windsurfing fra Oslo

Hei! :)

    Takk for hjelpen, Ålen! :)

  • Nice effort on your norwegian which was understandable. However, I will reply in english as I suspect ot will be easier for you to read.

Windsurfing around Oslo mainly happens an hours drive or more from the city, in the where the fjord is closer to the sea and wind from the south gets in without being obstructed by land.

However, from time to time there is wind in the inner parts of Oslofjorden, which beinhs activity on the waters near the city. On such days Lysakerfjorden outside Fornebu has lots pf activity. People mainly go out from two places, Rolfstangen and Halden brygge.

On a day with wind in the city you can go there and you will meet people. Both places can be located by using Google maps

Renting equipment is kind pf a hassle as nobody that I know of offer such services. There is a club at Rolfstangen that might help you out, but I can not say for sure, and the club is mainly prwoccupied with raceboarding, so I guess smaller boards are not an option.

Don't know if this is helpful, but I wish you luck and hope to see you out there on a board soon
